Cancellation Policy
At High Society, we strive to provide a memorable and seamless experience for our clients. To ensure the best service and accommodate all bookings, we have established the following cancellation policy. 1. Cancellation by Client: - 48 Hours or More Before Scheduled Tour: Clients may cancel or reschedule their booking without any penalty if notice is given at least 48 hours before the scheduled photoshoot. A full refund will be provided. 24-48 Hours Before Scheduled Tour: Cancellations made within this window will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Rescheduling is allowed based on availability, but no refund will be issued for a rescheduled session. Less than 24 Hours Before Scheduled Tour: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour will result in a 100% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued. Rescheduling is not permitted unless due to emergency situations, at the discretion of management. 2. No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for the scheduled photoshoot without prior notice will be treated as a last-minute cancellation, and no refund will be given. 3. Cancellation by Business: - In the event of adverse weather conditions, unsafe kayaking conditions, or technical issues (such as drone malfunction), High Society reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour for safety reasons. Weather-Related Cancellations: If we cancel due to weather, clients will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund. - If High Society needs to cancel the tour for any other reason, a full refund or reschedule option will be provided. 4. Refund Process: All refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-7 business days after the cancellation has been confirmed. 5. Rescheduling Policy: - Clients are allowed one free reschedule if requested at least 48 hours in advance of the tour. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a fee based on availability. 6. Special Circumstances: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations may arise.
