Reservations & Booking: - All bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance. - A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, with full payment due 24 hours prior to the event. - Cancellations made 72 hours prior will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable. 2. Weather Policy: - In the event of inclement weather, we will reschedule your picnic at no extra charge. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided. 3.Customizations & Special Requests: - We offer a variety of bespoke add-ons such as personalized décor, gourmet menu options, and entertainment. Customization requests should be submitted at least 72 hours in advance. 4. Guest Conduct: - We ask all guests to respect the natural environment and adhere to local beach regulations. Littering or damaging the surroundings is strictly prohibited. 5. Liability: - High Society is not liable for personal belongings or valuables during the picnic. Guests are responsible for ensuring their own safety in water-related activities. 6. Alcohol Policy: - Alcoholic beverages are available for guests aged 18 and above. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or engages in disruptive behavior.
